Develop iOS and Android App connected to Wordpress site

Hi,
I need a iOS and Android developer to develop an app connected to a Wordpress site. The site is for a real estate company.
The site is fully developed, with all the features needed and we have a mockup for the mobile app already designed. The mobile app should have the info connected to the Wordpress backoffice, so the info is updated as it is on the site.
Also, should have the same functions as in the Wordpress site. The user can register, browse and search listings, see the google maps in normal view as well as street view and satellite view, contact owners with the form in the listing, create is own listing with all the options, make payments to feature his ads, save favourites, enter message chat with property owners, browse his payment history, active ads and active chat messages and edit his profile info.
We also need an extra function developed for the Wordpress site. The theme works with google maps to show listings. We need a draw on map function to search and filter listings directly on the map. Similar to the function on this theme: [login to view URL] (no need to save the search).
This draw on map feature must also be present on the mobile app, along with the traditional features.
