I need developers to develop a chatbot on Twitter DM.
The bot is mainly used for an e-commerce company for order tracking and filing complaints.
The bot will be integrated from the backend with the ecommerce site CRM platform in order to read the order status or add the complaints in a certain location.
The tree will be provided.
The pre-requisite for the project is to show case a current demo on Twitter based on a chatbot.
For the deliverables, the following is required:
1. details of the chatbot development and the platform used to develop the bot
2. Full documentation for the chatbot developed
