I need a PHP software (preferibly using a PHP framework like Symphony) for a local carrier to be able to upload via a CSV file the new packages to the database, then use carrier user should be able to upload or manually modify the status of each package or as a mass change.

As a front end, clients will have a login where they will be able to query their packages statuses, leave messages as return requests, etc.
