Job Description:
We have a project to duplicate our current CakePhp website “[login to view URL]” function and develop it in a Laravel platform with a new interface look. We currently have a very detailed CRM back-end admin to track applications and perform various admin tasks such as job posting and candidate profile management.
But our website is currently experiencing various technical glitches and SEO-related issues. The main reason we decided to redevelop this website is that most of the job filter combinations are not working. Since our website is primarily focused on job postings, resolving these issues is extremely important to us.
The project Guideline is listed in the document attached;
We want to develop a very simple, User-friendly as well as very futuristic front-end site.
In addition, we'd like to develop a basic admin platform for this front-end to handle ATS activity and job posting tasks.
We also wanted to create a very systematic and proper CRM system for our staff to use in order to manage the database and each user's profile.
So, whatever application/entry received from the front-end to the basic back-end admin should be migrated to this main CRM system in real-time.
We also expect a complete database migration from our current website to complete the module function and avoid database consistency issues.
Finally, we want to develop a main home website. This website should function as a navigation website to our three countries' websites and be designed to share more content, similar to a BBC website and this website should only have one home page; it should be a one-page website that displays more contents and recent jobs. Based on the front-end design, we should create a basic admin platform for this website in order to upload multimedia files and modify the website's keywords and contents.
Finally, the Country Website should be linked to this Main Website, allowing the most recent job postings from the Country Website to be displayed on this Main Home Website.
