Overall requirement is a one-stop HR solution system to support entire HR lifecycle management from when an employee joins the company to their entire career journey with the firm. From employee records, to payroll, to performance management to executive reporting.
Summary of items required are below:
Employee Information Management – database management of personal information and job related information e.g. Line Manager, Skip Manager, Function etc.
Performance Management – ongoing evaluation & assessment of performance; manage employee, immediate team, function & companywide performance. Output can be linked to Reward & Benefits
Leave Administration – support with Leave Plans across the company. Keep record of various types of Leaves. Provide ability for employees to apply for leave remotely without manual submission of leave forms. Also helps with reporting Leave Utilization
Recruitment – manage advert placement, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, communication with candidates etc. Also to create & manage pool of future talents
Organizational Structure / Charts – functional & organizational reporting chain
Employee Self Service – ability of employees to assess information on self, function, company at own convenience
Employee Engagement – Survey, Analysis, Reporting
Rewards & Benefits Administration – analyzing employee compensation details; on role level, across peer groups, across functions etc. This will be linked to performance at respective levels
Payroll / Payment Module – all payment to employees, monthly payroll, incentives etc.
Disciplinary & Compliance Module
Executive Reporting – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
