I am looking to create an MVP.
Admin account (ability approve people and lock out users and reset password)
User to create account (only allow US and Canada reg)
User can link Outlook and Google calendar.
User can link Amazon Chime and or Webex (both have API to book meetings)
User can name their subdomain. Thus creating the link that will be shared.
User can name their assistant (the name of the bot)
The software would then create a link where the chat scheduler will work.
Inside the user account the user would create their welcomerequest email.
The user would then post this link anywhere, in an email, on social media or skype.
When someone (customer) clicks on the link that was shared by the user.
A webpage would open up.
And the bot would great the customer with a welcome message (defined above).
Using GupShup that you would custom program and maintain to make it better.
The outcome would be a scheduled meeting with the client.

Can we schedule a call on (fill in date and time (the next day and earliest time the user has open on their calendar, the logic you will need to build)
2. When a client replies the bot should understand this and understand;
a. if the customer agreed or said another date, or if the customer confirmed the bot would have to chat back.

b. They said another date or time- the bot would check users calendar and reply Great thanks, I am sending the invite now
c. They declined

Regardless of the interaction. A Summary of the chat and where a meeting was booked or not would need to be sent to the user and admin.
3. All of these chats need to be stored and reviewed by Amazon comprehend. So that the bot can start to learn how people are interacting.
I would like this built on Amazon servers. Just tell me what I need to spin up.
Again I need to confirm that this can be built and work.
