We have a Drupal website and installed/developed a module for Exact Online.
Currently, there is authentication error:
A message we got from exact online support:
Thanks for your message back.
A 404 message will only be returned if you do an erroneous GET that does not exist. So it looks like you want to make the first authentication request. The first request should look like this: [login to view URL], you will then get a code back where to use to make the first token request to do. I see that a GET is now being done on the code you get back from the first request, but this is not correct (hence also the 404, because the GET you are doing does not exist/cannot). So you should do a POST below /api/oauth2/token. So the authorization process does not seem to be applied properly in the Drupal app. See following link how the Oauth process works: [login to view URL]
Is Drupal a link that you manage/develop? If not, you should even do Drupal to fix the issue. It now seems that they have not built the Oauth flow properly. If it is managed by you, your own developer will have to adjust the Oauth process. See the link above where it is clearly explained how the app can authorize with Exact Online. After correct authorization, you can make API calls.
I hope you can continue with this.
Need someone to apply the following solution to the website.
