Extend functionality of WordPress Finance Theme

We are looking for someone to do the following task. The task is to fulfill the attached reqs. extend the provided Wordpress Theme with functionality. Companies are preferred.
Timeline of Task: Maximum 4 week. After 4 weeks the task will be either fully stopped without payment or some payment. Complete payment will only take place, if the task is completed in time, complete content, correctness etc. If the Task is completed in time and everything else is also okay we will pay an extra incentive which we will not disclose now.
