Hi, I have gone through your requirement and i can suggest you for this the best option is OWNCLOUD set up.I recommend much better option for this,you can use owncloud solution in this you can can give access of files as per your needs and it has mobile app alsoyou can create users they can access it via web link easily can edit or add files admin can view or edit files and folders at any time same like dropbox owncloud server it needs good space so we can use backup solution server with owncloud too. HI Greetings, I will develop the cron job which sent the email towards the client with PDF attched you will need to put that file in specific folder our server send that file using mail automatic in every 10 min cron will send 5 emails means mail sent to 5 users. user will be saved on database whenever new file generated on that folder our system will be fire new emails to user. Hi I am a Windows software engineer with vast experience. i would suggest that someone like my self develops a Windows software - where you can input all the email addresses (once only), store it in an XML file or SQLite database; and then, every day, select ALL or a sub-set of those email addresses, and then attach your PDF files, using a File-Browse button, and then click SEND. and this will then send your PDF files to all email addresses, as BCC(blind carbon copy). This is a simple solution. Other options are available too; such as Fiel Transfer Protocol(FTP), Active Directory based transfer, and so on. Let me know if I can help.

How much will it be worth? Since you are already working with cpanel/linux I think we can script something quickly to automate this process. I would need to zero in on some details about how you put the files in the folders every day, but sure once they are there, we can write a script to do the emailing of them as inline attatchments, to the appropriate user. Then every day you can just run the script.

Hey, Am interested in learning more about your requirements for this, but I have plenty of professional experience producing reports for delivery via email. A few initial questions: - Do you have a dedicated email server, or use a publicly available one (ala gmail, hotmail, etc)? - How would you want this to work from your perspective? eg, user interface, file upload, shell script, etc? I'm not sure how you currently would specify the list of users to send to either - is it always sending files to all users, or would there need to be separate distribution lists? - Do you have any specific deadlines in mind?
