First part of our Intranet, the simple version

Admin needs to be able to handle users. Add, edit and delete users.

Each user will only have: e-mail, name, profile image and password.

Nothing more then this, no profiles and so on.

Main menu:

We do this last, don't count this in the price, only below parts.

Planering (project section):

Here all will see a list of projects we have, right now only 4. So after user click on this menu link they will see just 4 links. When clicking on a link they will come to a table exactly like this page: [url removed, login to view]

These will be the cell titles: Tips, Vinjett, Notis, Källa, Status

All users can add and edit, but only admin can delete.


Same here, when first clicking here user will just see 4 links like above.

After clicking on one of the links, user will come to a table that will look like this:

This will be the cell titles:

Artikel, Datum (Date added), Deadline (manual date when it must be done), Journalist, Fotograf, Utgåva, Antal sidor, Status (I will later give you the different status – 5 different) Actions (Actions described below).

More about Actions:

Important about Actions. Admin or any user will be able to upload 3 different things for each item. It will be Word document, .pdf document, and images. So users will be able to click on view .doc and the word document will show, same for .pdf and photos.

Here admin will be able to add folders and subfolders. In folders admin can add different document, images, .pdf and so on which the users can download.

In the white box to the left will be the event title.

Then the tasks for each event will show as it does now. And each task is possible to be commented and will be assigned to a person.


Same here, first when clicking on this menu, you will come to 4 different links. When clicking on one of the links you come to the content.

I have also sent you a excel document so you see how we want it.

Just different lists to add and see data.

We will need one summary page as you can see on ”Överblick” tab. Then we need to be able to add new tabs.

We have different amount of sales persons, so we need to be able to add new sales persons easily.
