I have a custom developed plugin that works for Joomla component Jticketing integrated with Easysocial. This plugins extends booking (tickets) for users that are not registered in the Joomla DB. It should work with 3 payments methods:
• Offline – it works fine. When the new ticket is created a new ticket holder will get registered in Joomla and 2 emails are sent; first with his registration credentials and another one about an event with a ticket. Also, this user with get integrated with corresponding Easysocial Event.
• PayPal – it works but does not send email. The new user is created in Joomla and It will integrate with Easysocial Event . The issue is that a new user is not receiving these 2 emails.
• PayPalpro (creditcard) – it does not works at all. The integration is 100% broken. The new user is not get created with Joomla and in Easysocial Event. This user will only have a ticket issued in Jticketing.
The purpose of this project is to fix an automatic email sent when ticket is purchased via Paypal and fix the full integration when a ticket is purchased by Paypalpro (credit card).
This worked fine in the past.
The attachment contains further explanation showing the steps for user to buy a ticket on behalf of someone else.
