Fix an issue with PHP and IIS for Wordpress

I have ported my Wordpress site from a Linux VM to my dedicated Windows Server. I have a number of .net sites on this as well, including a default website. When I use [login to view URL], it goes to my Wordpress site just fine, but if I omit the www, it goes to another site. I have tried url rewrite unsuccessfully. I need someone who meets the following requirements to assist in fixing this: 1. MUST be able to do this via Teamviewer. I have sensitieve data and will NOT provide the server details for you to access. If you ask, the chat will be ended. 2. Must have experience of both PHP and IIS on Windows server 3. Must have experience on this or similar issue before If you do not put in your response "I CAN DO THIS ON TEAMVIEWER" you will be automatically rejected. I have had too many timewasters before.
