Hi, Which Prestashop Version are you using e.g 1.6? Did you enable any extension recently? Also did you clear all the cookies from browser as well as Prestashop? This is basically internal server error. Also please have a look at the mySql server to see if it is on the same location as your Prestashop installation. Thanks!

Hi, I've reviewed your project description and I'd like to offer my services to resolve this problem for you. While I wouldn't call myself a Prestashop expert, I am a PHP and Linux expert. I've been managing and programming for Unix/Linux servers since 1995, and programming in PHP since 2000. I run a number of nginx/apache servers and if you're getting a 502 from Nginx, the real error is actually coming from Apache and is most likely a PHP script crashing. With SSH access - with access to the nginx and apache configuration and logs, and of course the PHP code, it shouldn't take more than a couple hours to resolve the problem for you. Now with that being said, since you said the problem began when someone was working on the prestashop code, if that person really messed up the code, it could take a while longer. Whatever the issue may be, I'm confident I can resolve it for. In fact, if you would like to provide me with SSH access (you don't have to provide privileged access, just the ability to read the apache and nginx configs and logs, and the ability to read the php code), I'd be happy to review the issue before you accept my bid, and if for some reason I can't fix it, I'll tell you. (In fact if you choose to accept my bid, I would request such access before I commit to the project so I can say 100% that I can fix the problem.) Let me know if you would like to proceed. Good Night I work with Prestashop and use to work with Digital Ocean and Vultr servers. The 502 can be arrise for many reason. Some questions Using ngix like proxy and apache like webserver or just the ngix ? Do you control more sites on the server or just use these site ? You make the initial configuration or you use somebody service. Do you want just fix the problem or reset the server to a right configuration ? I have time theese weekend to do the job, may not take more than 2 hours but you never know before to see the actual configuration but max shoulbe no more 2 days The price can be less if the error is just a easy fix on the configuration files but i need to see the ngix files before. Hi! I prefer SSH over that cpanel stuff, so I think this is a job for me :) Will connect to your server and check what's happening, if it's a 502 the way to check is nginx communication with php or the backend you are using for it. It may also be some overload on the server causing php to not respond anymore, like a database or disk issue, will check that also for you. Thanks, Vinicius
