I am looking for a freelancer to help me modify the existing stages in Freescout's workflow Module. The specific customization required is to enhance the user experience.
Problem: In workflow module, I have configured a condition that if a conversation is marked as closed then trigger email to customer that it is closed. Presently freescout workflow module is replying to old conversation . Whereas I want to trigger new email with new subject line with reference of old ticket no.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
