gallery upload module and display image UPDATE

We need that from our gallery many modifications:
1. On all upload page a NEW field is goind to be added.
FIELD IS "URL OF THE IMAGE"
Basically, we want to integrate the option to add images by URL, and not only by uploading.
2. Thumbnail URL LINK.
IF we have an image, we need also an TH_ link so that the links show small picture.
- When adding a URL IMAGE LINK, also will need to setup the "th_" image link.
3. On all places where the image is shown, if its not uploaded, and it have been added by "URL LINK", it will displays the image from URL LINK, and not the uploaded option as come by default.
4. NEEDS TO BE DONE PERFECT, and FAST.
