Hi, I've worked with one of Italian employer to develop a system that'll download orders daily and / download from given date range. I've worked on MWS for more than 3 years creating custom solutions for different clients. I've good knowledge on Ebay too. But lets start with Amazon. I've the code readily available for downloading orders and the orders with in the date range. Seller ID, AWS key, AWS secret key can be changed in the config file.

Hello, I can build this for you pretty quickly. I have solid experience with Amazon MWS API and have completed several projects including few on Freelancer. Please check my profile for reviews. The way this will work is you will need to provide me with your seller account and accesskey & secret token.
