Get a Website Built - 30/07/2017 22:33 EDT

I need a simple php/html/css Website. Nothing special. Just dont use a code wich u can find online. It must have 4 PHP Sites with valid HTML and CSS code. On one site there has to be space for two database tables. Just prepare the css and html for this. Futhermore it is REALLY important that u make the header, footer, navigation and databaseconnection as an seperate php file and include them in the html sites. The internetsite needs variables and pls comment what the code lines stand for. I have a basic understandment but not that much. Don´t make the site too complicated just a simple code. It needs two sql statements. One to read and one to write(insert). I have the read sql statement already so only the insert statement is left. I would like as an insert statement to see a guestbook on my website. Just give it some nice looks, the functions that i mentioned and comment what u have done. And as the last point i need the website today on the 31.07.2017 at 22:00 GMT +1 (10 p.m. GMT +1). Thanks
