Help me build out a quiz/assessment in Laravel/Vue

I'm experienced using php but am in the process of learning Laravel but need a little bit of assistance in getting my head around how to accomplish what I want to do. I am building out an assessment/quiz, which I've done in the past using php/javascript/ajax, but I want to do it within a framework now. I also want to add the ability for selling/managing 'codes' along with the ability for the person who purchased the codes to see what the results were for each of the codes they gave out. I can go into more detail about what I'm trying to accomplish, but overall what I'm looking for is a "done with you" approach so I can also learn along the way.
