implement freelancer engine for my website www.handsinfotech.com

I am looking for a bidding portal implementation for my website www.handsinfotech.com. All the modules, including realtime chat communications, integration with free web conferencing tools and payment gateways. As a service provider, I should be able to register As a client, I should be able to post the inquiries / projects Find appropriate service providers based on ranking real time communication including chat, web conferencing (skype, goto meting, team viewer etc..) Award the project, create milestones and make payments etc.... Create escrow accounts, provide feedbacks for both clients and service providers etc... All the OOTB functioanliteis of freelancer engine features needs to be implemented.
