Implement new features on gameserver listing website

I'm creating a Minecraft server list website - I have bought a script/template which I'm slowly fixing up, optimizing and modifying. There are , however, a few things I'd like implemented, which I'd wanna make sure are done correctly. So they'd better be done by a pro - The base code will be provided, just need some features implemented. Here is a list of what I need:
- Servers are currently defined by a single category (for example Survival, Creative, RPG, etc) stored along with the rest of the server info (IP address, website, description, etc) in a single row. Then servers can be looked up by category (see all KitPvP servers for instance).
I would like a system with multiple categories/tags to be implemented (If a server features both KitPvP and Creative for example, owners should be able to list both). Maybe limit it up to 5 tags per server or so, that might make things easier. The server submit & edit pages, as well as the list-by-category page and server listing class will need to be changed. No need for any data migration or anything, the website is still being built.
- I would like the servers to have a discord link field in addition to all else. It'd be nice to have a check to make sure it's a valid Discord invite link. Should be fairly straight-forward to implement.
- I would like a search engine to be implemented (Google Custom Search w/o ads via JSON API is a good option that I like, but I'm open to more ideas, especially ones that would allow me to list server results just like on the rest of the site and not as your usual search results).
- I would like the comments/reviews to be spam-filtered, and feature a star-rating system. I'd also like to limit them to one per user (should be fairly straightforward).
