Improvement my wordpress website

I wanted the following changes and upgrade done.
1. Currently the WP FishEye menu bar, appears there over teh slider is pop up, which need to stopped, it should open like a normal page, with the fisheye menu bar so that user can click on it.
2. Under the franchising brand, few sub menu is created contents needs to be posted in those pages, images, video or text will be given by me.
3. Our partner, whats on news now static needs to improved to display dynamic content from blog and look and feel needs to be enhanced.
4. Before the footer due to prodcut categories site looks unbalanced need to be set right.
5. Site loads very slow, google page score needs to be increased to 90+
6. I have description for all products in the store needs to posted.
7. Pages under services/fisheye menu has enquiry form, more fields needs to be increased and connected to WPCRM plugin.
8. Portfolio page currently is sample data, needs to be replaced with actual data, that is already posted in the site. Images, drawings, videos pdf files of the site we have posted.
9. a page should be created with necessary plugin to display catalog and download the same there.
10. Site should be made fast loading and seo friendly with necessary cache plugin and configuration.
