INDIA's E-Sports Entertainment League Website

I am only looking for an INDIAN BASED FREELANCER/COMPANY. I already have the designs made for this website along with all the PSDs for all the pages required.

What I am more concerned about is the coding and the backend that has to be put into this website. I want most of the site to be controlled by a CMS system. Well here is a list of what I would like on the main page navigation.

- Login/Password/Register/Forgot Password (Under the navigation links like on CAL)

- ICG LAN Registeration (Will have a small picture on top right)

- Sub Navigation Bar (Under the Choose Division yet above the Sponsors logos)

Main

On this page, we would like a slideshow headline news banner. An example of a slideshow headline news banner is on [url removed, login to view] Main page on the left with scrolling pictures. Aside from that we would like nothing but a News Archive similar to the one on CAL website under the slideshow headline news banner. On the right side I would like to have all the sponsors' names and logos. Make sure that if a sponsor were to change, it can easily be done without changing much of the code.

Forums

From what I hear, forums are not a big deal. There are scripts everywhere that can be changed up a bit and used as our forums. We prefer if we use vBulletin Forums but then again whatever is cheap and nice is what we would like. We will need our banner on top of the forums.

Media

Media page will basically have the indepth news on what is listed on the slideshow headline news banner on the Main Page. So make sure that there is space between all the media news and that there is space for pictures.

Files

On the files page, I would like to put small downloadable files such as Server configs, model fixes, maps. On the side I would like a small description section for each file. An example of what I am looking for is [url removed, login to view]

About

The about page is self explanatory. I really dont want anything but a passage talking about our information and history.

Sponsors

On the sponsors page, I would like to have a logo of our sponsors and description about their company.

FAQ

I just want to have a small passage on the frequently asked questions. Make sure this is also controable with CMS if we ever have to make changes.

Choose Division

This is going to be a drop-down menu where there will be a list of 2 Games (Counter Strike 1.6 and Warcraft III: DOTA) Please look at the one on the CAL site for a better explanation. Under these games, there will be subcategories like on CAL. Make sure these could be easily changed since we will be adding new games later.

For Counter Strike 1.6 Subcategories are:

- Amateur

- Intermediate

- Professional

For Warcraft III: DOTA Subcategories are:

- Amateur

- Professional

Login/Password/Register/Forgot Password (Under the navigation links like on CAL)

Register: If the user happens to click on Register, please make something similar to this.

After they are done registering have them verify that it by activation link.

Forgot Password: In order for them to retrieve their password, they must enter in the right email and date of birth. Then their password will be sent to their email.

Login/Password: I am sure you basically know what to do here. Although after they login I am going to need to have a SUB Navigation bar on top of sponsors logos like on the CAL website.

ICG LAN Registeration (Sub Site)

This takes me to a whole new page. On this page, it would like a similar thing to what I have on the League Main Page. Here is the navigation I would like on this page:

Main on ICG LAN page would be a lot like the Main page of the site above. I just want to have News archive and to the right have sponsors' logos.

Events Page will just have a calendar like the one on [url removed, login to view] Make sure this calendar is in a table format and can be easily changed.

Gallery page will consist of small thumbnails and the user will click on those thumbnails to view them larger.

Sponsors page is going to be exactly like the one on the Main Site.

About page is going to be exactly like the one on the Main Site.

Apply Now page will just be a dead link for now.

SUB Navigation Bar

We feel that this is the place where all the things will get a little tough. This section is located under the Choose Division yet above the Sponsors logos. This Sub Navigation bar should only show if the user is logged into the website. This should look similar to that of CAL website. Here is what I would like on the SUB Navigation Bar:

- Logout

- Rules (Different depending on the game)

- Teams

- Schedules

- Standings

- Disputes

- Join Division (Only if not in a team)

- View My Team (Only if in a team)

- Leave Team (Only if in a team)

THE FOLLOWING WILL SHOW ONLY IF USER IS TEAM LEADER

- Report Match

- Schedule Match

- Dispute Match

- Manage Team

RULES

On this page I would just like to have the rules of the games that they are view. For example, if they Choose Division->Counter Strike 1.6->Amateur then they would see the Counter Strike 1.6 rules. This applies for all games so make sure that it can be added if more games are added.

TEAMS

On this page, I would like to see the names of all the teams in that division. For example, if they Choose Division->Counter Strike 1.6->Amatuer then they should see all the teams in alphabetical order. Same applies for other divisions and the other games. Now let me tell you that inside every division, there is going to be regions. So in the case of a user who Choose Division->Counter Strike 1.6->Amateur there will be 2 regions (NORTH AND SOUTH). This applies to every division and every game.

SCHEDULES

Schedules for every division are going to be different. Here is what we would like:

Counter Strike 1.6 - Amateur: Will play once a week

- Intermediate: Will play twice a week

- Professional: Will play twice a week

Warcraft III: DOTA - Amateur: Will play once a week

- Professional: Will play twice a week

All the weeks are reset on wednesdays. So the teams that dont play matches by wednesday are then set as TIED matches.

STANDINGS

In this section, I would basically like a list of teams in that divisions' ranks. For example, if users Choose Division->Counter Strike 1.6->Amateur then they would see the teams listed from top to bottom according to their ranks. Ranks are determined by their Win/Loss/Tie percentage. The Ranks will be displayed by their regions, for example

if users Choose Division->Counter Strike 1.6->Amateur then they would see the Ranks from the North Division first and then the Ranks from the South Division. Similar to this [url removed, login to view];wide=&conference=all&subdivision=all

JOIN DIVISION

As I mentioned above, this should ONLY be seen by the users NOT in a team. If the user clicks on Join Division, we would like them to see 2 option. One is Create a Team (If rosters are open) and two Join a Team If rosters are open). Once the season starts, users will not be allowed to create teams. Users are allowed to change teams during the season but are only allowed to join another team on Wednesdays. Other than that the rosters will be closed.

If a user selects to Create A Team, then they should see a box similar to this.

Except I would like the user to also enter in a TEAM PASSWORD for the team.

- If the users happens to chose Amateur as their league, they should see 2 things on their screen, one is Create a team and the second is that Join a Team. They can join a team by selecting the team they want to join and enter the team password and their SteamID. Similar to this: [url removed, login to view]

- If the user choses Intermediate, they should see 2 things on their screen, one is Create a team and the second is that Join a Team. They can join a team by selecting the team they want to join and enter the team password and their SteamID. If they choose to Create a team, then they will need to pay 500 Rupees through PayPal OR Money Order. If they happen to select Money Order, they will be taken to a different page to show how the process is done and where to send the money.

- I would like Professional division to be locked at all times, teams should not be able to create a team for this division but rather apply to be in Professional Division. So when the user clicks Professional Division tab, they should see 2 things, one is that they should be able to apply to this league and the second is that they should be able to join a team that is already in this league by entering the team password and steamID. Admins should be able to insert teams into this league.

REMEMBER*** Users should only be able to join a team if both team name and team password are verified.

VIEW MY TEAM

This option is ONLY possible if a user is on a team. This will take the user to his/her teams page. I would like the page to look very similar to this.

LEAVE TEAM

This option is ONLY possible if a user is on a team. If a user selects this option, they will be asked again in a pop-up message if they are sure they want to leave the team. If they select yes then they are removed from the team, if no then they are still on the team.

REPORT MATCH

This option is ONLY for Leaders of teams. When a leader clicks on this option, they should be allowed to see the match for that week, and report the score.

SCHEDULE MATCH

This option is ONLY for Leaders of teams. This should ONLY be possible if the leaders team has not played a match that week and has a match pending.

Once they click on Schedule Match, they should see the dates in that week. For example, a user selects Saturday May 24th, 2008 they should be able to see the avaiable times for Saturday. In this case it would look like, 0-2AM IST, 2-4AM IST, 4-6AM IST, 6-8AM IST, 8-10AM IST, 10-12PM IST, 12-14PM IST, 14-16PM IST, 16-18PM IST, 18-20PM IST, 20-22PM IST, 22-24AM IST then same thing for Sunday, Monday Tuesday, SKIP WEDNESDAY, Thursday, Friday and so on...

DISPUTE MATCH

This option will ONLY be avaiable for the leader of the team. This section will have a passage letting the user know what to do and then it will have 2 boxes. A Title and a Reason box. Here is an example of what we would like to see.

MANAGE TEAM

This option is ONLY possible for the leader of the team. Under the Manage Team section, the user must be able to do the following:

a. Remove Player - If this option is chosen then the leader will be shown the list of players on his team, he should then be allowed to remove player from his/her team.

b. Change Leadership - If this option is chose then the leader will be show the list of players on his team, he should then be allowed to give team leadership over to one of the players on his/her team.

c. Add Team Logo - If the leader selects this option, then they should be allowed to Insert in a picture with maximum size od 100x56pixels.

d. Edit Team Information - This will allow the leader to edit the team information, like shown in this link. In this link the "TEAM INFORMATION" is called comments.
