We are using wordpress and weforms subbmission for clients to request additional contact from our sales people. We need a seperate SQL database to be regularly updated with submissions from the Weform database. This new database will then be used by our sales staff to modify status, sales manager who helped the client and some additional custom fields that we would be able to see from the admin console... The admin console does not need to be within wordpress.. it can be a standalone admin area.
I have uploaded some screen captures of what the admin area might look like.

New database should include all the originals fields plus 4 additional fields.
new fields are
Original databse included 12 datafield and 4 image fields (links to images on server shown as thumnails)
status (Drop Down)
notes (Single Line entry) When additions made it should add to existing notes not overwright
manager (drop Down)
on main admin page we should be able to modify only these 4 fields while displaying the others as the image shows.
on the right side of each entry there is a "details" button.. this should open the details of that submission including images in a table clickable to full side image.
Notes on details screen should be multiple line. with date of notes added for each addition.
