Lat Long data conversion

I have ready libraries for binary file reading, subfolder scanning, etc. I will provide you with a GUI where you can select the top directory and the app will scan all the folders to find files and process them. I am planning to develop it in C#. One question about the format. You wrote "LongSeg = Next 5 digits is the longitude segment" but in the file name it is 012444 : 6 digits. I think this is just a simple mistake or am I missing something? So, the output file for a grid file will contain 1000 x 1000 = 1 million lines in the given format. In the output format you specified "backscatter_field" which corresponds to "byte mag" field, I guess. I am free now. Hello, I see the exmaple files are only containing null values. How the output format should be calculated, I know about the naming and conversion that is easy, but how every meter will be calculated, and where should the data for fish, mag... etc.. come from ? Regards
