Limesurvey JPGraph to get working

We have installed JPGraph in limesurvey - and everything is installed, however I think we have messed up the paths and therefore when trying to get them to work we get: Fatal error: Class 'PieGraph' not found in blah blah. Its a windows server. Not sure what php version running, but all the guru's out there would be able to work this out quick fast. This would be a very quick fix for someone who understands paths better than I do (which is not hard!) We can supply config file for limesurvey, config file for JPGraph as well as ftp access if you just want to get into it yourself. URGENT!
