On line Inventory and Cataloging program

Our Company goes to people's homes and business to catalog their belongings so that in case of a devastating loss they can get back monetarily what they have lost. Do to the economy we would like to start an online option. Our clients will be able to pay an annual fee, securely log on to our site and be able to ali-cart our services. They will have their own log in and password which will take them to their own inventory location where they can do it themselves from start to finish or we can do the photography and upload their photos, they can key in the details or they can hire us to be their consultant. After their inventory is complete they will have the option of renewing their membership to go in and update at will. We also want to be able to download to disc so that they can store a copy off site. The software that we use is [removed by admin] we like most things about the application but there are something’s that we would want differently on our site. The first page will be for their personal and insurance information with the ability to have a picture of their location with buttons to go to documents Inventory and videos (next) will be a standard template that will look the same for each of their inventory pages this will have fields for location, category & location, fields for current value, manufacturer model # and description with radio buttons for antiques and appraisals then the ability to upload thumbnail pictures onto that page for that specific item and/or room. When they click on a picture we want it to expand to full size for viewing. With print & download options we want everything to have our branding and contact information on it. There will be a summary sheet that shows their total current value - location and value per location (room) and per category value. With the inventory itself we want each page to print with the thumbnail pictures attached. It is important to have spell check. We also want them to have the ability to upload a video file for their records. Thank you for your time and expertise.
