Looking to have a Live-Chat made using which the back-end support operator can chat, do a audio chat (video chat is not compulsory but will be nice to have) and also do a screen share (of client computer)

Additionally need to integrate with visionhelpdesk - the customer should be able to create a ticket - if agent is unavailable or agent might want to create a ticket for this chat from within the agent console
The application will have a option to create multiple departments and users / agents within the departments
The agent will login to the admin console. and will chat with customer using text or audio and also provide support to the customer if the customer shares the screen using a button to share the screen in the live chat application. The agent should be able to transfer the chat/support session to another agent if there is a requirement to do so.
Please quote how much extra it will cost to enable the agent to have a mobile app and provide support from the mobile app.
