I am looking to start a new IT company and I require 2-3 candidates for a dual post of Business Analyst and Software developer. Here are the common skills that I require : - Good and fluent communication skills. - Must be solely responsible to handle client side communication starting from the initial requirement gathering and elicitation, right upto development and final deployment. - Should have proper server side knowledge. Salary will be a percentage of the overall cost of the project. More details will be shared with the right candidate. Technical skills : - .NET/PHP (WordPress or any other open source CMS). - Strong knowledge of developing API's. - Java, Android - MySQL, SQL Lite - Good understanding of OOP concept. - HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, XML. - Hands on experience with using at least one payment gateway
