Looking for Codeigniter Developer specialized in Perfex CRM

I am looking for a codeigniter developer to modify Perfex so that an OKR module is "native" to the system and this module is modified to fit a methodology of ours that involves a meeting routine. Each meeting will save a history that will always be viewed but never changed, and the decisions made in each meeting should generate a Task and this in turn be linked to a user. And in Perfex itself, we want to remove some features that are not necessary for us or for our customers. A very simple way to describe these options would be something like this;
- Initial Dashboard with the Goals/Projects/Tasks (Completed and Open)
- Menu to access the list of Projects and Tasks
- Native OKR module in Perfex with the above changes
- Timer to identify how much time is spent on each Project/Task
