I am using a sales/ordering system that I want to integrate with my call center operations. I need an asterisk deployment (or some other small scale call center solution, if available) through which I can do call logging, monitoring and recording.
The system will require integration with a 4 port FXO card (but the design should be scalable) for inbound and outbound calls.
Most importantly, I need CTI through which I can identify the customer (based on the CLI) who is calling and take appropriate action. The ordering will be done in my current system, so I only need the required solution to pass on the customers' CLI to my existing app through API or a database bridging the 2 systems
