Hello, I suggest a web application using pythonic frameworks like FLASK and SQLAlchemy for the back-end and a rich client with angular.js We can make public services like google and linkedin to log-in the users using OAuth. I need to know more about your project so that I can correct my bid; anyhow I think it's better to split the project to smaller and manageable phases so that you and developers like me does not feel risk and establishing a win-win game in cooperation.
