We recently had a program written to manage our small business, with MS Access. It is a basic CRN for our 600 clients. It keeps track of their billing, payments, as well as our somewhat complicated products and services that we sell to them. The current software is working great, but we want to move it online so that we may 1) access it with iOS, 2) access it online 3) let our clients log in to their account online and pay their invoice(s). At the time of this migration, we also want to link the database to our Quickbooks account. In other words, if we use the web app to charge a customer $100, we want that charge to appear in Quickbooks. I realize that you will need to see our current MS Access file in order to give an accurate quote, and that's fine. If you are sending a proposal, please let me know much experience you have with A) migrating from MS Access to web/MySql, and B) integrating with Quickbooks. We are a small company with a small budget.
