Modify existing WordPress homeopathic website

Looking for an experienced freelance MySQL & WordPress developer who can update my existing homeopathic website.
I want to work with the developer directly, not a company or any other intermediary, someone with a 100% job completion and demonstrated competence in WordPress & MySQL.
After this project, there are 5 other projects for this site so I want to work with someone long term.
There are two things as part of this project: First is to update the SRF (Smart Remedy Finder) workflow and Second is to ensure that the SRF & MP (Member Portal) display correctly on any responsive theme that I choose.
The work flow of SRF (Smart Remedy Finder) on my site [login to view URL] requires updating as explained in the flow chart.
You have to use the SRF to understand the existing workflow and then look at the flow chart to understand the changes required.
Once you have done that we can talk over Skype.
This will be a fixed cost project.
The deliverables are two: Properly working SRF with updated workflow, properly displaying SRF & MP on any responsive theme that I may choose.
