moodle custom app - problem push notification with sound

I have moodle server with personal airnotifier server. also created moodle custom app. everything working fine. Custom Moodle Mobile app receiving msgs also. but no push notification with sound.

i need you to check my moodle server, airnotifier server and moobile app.

1. Moodle server in ubuntu - i will provide sever admin password and moodle website admin password

2. Airnotifier server for push notification - i will provide server admin password

3. Moodle custom app build in phonegap build - code is in github
