Need a chrome extension for Gmail send mail

Need to send one bcc mail with some extra content, which only deliver to only bcc user.
1. send functionality will work normally
2. user can type some extra text in sticky note or something like that which will not go with normal send function.
3. this extra text only deliver to cc or bcc users.
