Customer signs up for service using vendor provided form template(TowerCoverage.com= RF propagation maps)
Customer clicks submit ((Customer gets thank you message))
Towercoverage analyzes the address customer entered on form and determines if we can provide service to customer. (((in the background - Tower coverage attaches "Link possible" or "not Possible" )))
Towercoverage automatically generates and email and sends to my email box.
Then data is pushed to 3rd party crm platform (Sonar Software)
Sonar generates a new account for customer in leads status and attaches up to 6 rf propagation images (from [login to view URL])
I want to create new form or modify existing and change it so that when the customer enters info and then presses submit, the data is pushed to towercoverage for qualification...
IF the qualification “Link” passes “possible” then I want customer to be provided with a scheduling form which gives them available dates but also gets remaining pieces of information like “account type” “service (services are already created in Sonar CRM so this could be a dropdown menu” (Needs to be designed / created) which will tie back into our crm platform...
The goal is to create a self signup / schedule portal for the customer that requires little intervention from our staff.
Regardless of the towercoverage results... I still want all data pushed to our crm system with account status of lead.
My crm platform and the towercoverage site both have really good API and supporting documents.
