Need Experienced ESPOcrm Developer

Job Description:
We have a ESPOcrm instance that has been hacked together by a past developer. We need someone to be able to implement all of the updates on our current ESPOcrm instance and make them work on the new updated instance.
It is not as simple as just porting over the data as there are some fundamental issues with the current version that makes it un-updateable.
Updates include adding fields, making new Entities, incorporating logic into the CRM. Perhaps some integrations with Zapier and Quickbooks.
Could turn into a longer term engagement.
