Hello my name is Ray, I have a wordpress website which I have partially integrated a payment gateway API into but it is not working properly. I would like to add some features to it.
I have the API document for reference.
1)Currently on my website, when a user is logged in there is a 'deposit' button they can click. when a user clicks it, they can enter an amount they wish to deposit. when they click next, they move to a screen they can enter thier payment details. but once they have entered their card details, the payment does not process. Can this be fixed so payment is processed.
2)Currently there is a 2.5% (3% for maestro cards) + £00.30p fee added to the deposit amount to cover the API fee. Can this fee be deducted from the payment made and placed into the admin ewallet. Can a breakdown of how much the fee is also be added to the checkout page as currently it only states the total including the fee. so can it breakdown how much is the service fee is too.
3)For a user to make a payment they must have an ewallet for the funds to be put into (for the API). Currently there is a 'connect to pay' button on the user profile which the user can click on to enter thier details, such as DOB, name, Nationality and country of residence, to open a wallet.
Can this button be moved to the Credit page and if the user tries to make a deposit without having created an ewallet can a popup appear requesting the user to "click the 'connect to pay' button to register/create wallet" before making a deposit if they haven't done so already.
4)Can the amount which has been depositted into the users wallet also be shown in the two balance displays on the website.
5)There is also a 'save card' button on the credit page which is no longer needed. Can this be removed.
6)There is also a 'withdrawal' button on the credit page for users so they can withdraw money from their balance. But they first need to input their account details for the withdrawal funds to be paid into. there is a button already on the credit page which a user can press and input their account details but if they try to withdraw money without having filled this form in can a popup appear advising them to first enter thier bank account details.
7)Also can a £00.50 fee be deducted from each withdrawal and placed in admin ewallet as that is where API withdrawal fee is taken from
8)Can text also be shown on the withdrawal popup stating a withdrawal fee of £00.50 will be deducted.
9)When a user wants to make a deposit, on the screen/popup, where the user enters their card details, can there also be a dropdown menu where any cards which have been used previously are saved so the user does not have to re-enter their card details, they can just select a card from the list and then re-enter thier CVV number.
10)Can these features be added to both user accounts, seller accounts and buyer accounts as currently it is only working on the admin login/account.
11)Can the current visa/mastercard logo be changed, I have a better image to use.
12)Finally, currently when a user enters their card number, issue, cvv or expiry number there is no limit to how many digits they can enter, can the boxes/fields they enter the information in be limited, for instance in the card number box, can they only enter 16 digits, in CVV field only three digits...etc For the expiry date can there be two drop downs, for example one for month and one for year so they have to select from a list of valid values.
13)Also can the size of the boxes/fields be adjusted so they look nicer as they are way too big and do not need to be. this just for appearance only.
