Need a web developer to help me reduce video file sizes on website

I am looking for a web developer to help me reduce the file sizes of a few videos that autoloop on my company's website. The video's are uploaded as .mp4's and I have the native files of each of them. Our website is built on the Avada Theme and the video files themselves are about 4MB each, which is pretty large for a web page.
Developer must be familiar with:
- Avada Theme
- WordPress CMS
- How to shrink video files down without losing quality
