Need a Website Responsive FIX ASAP

I need you to make the website fully responsive you have to check if any issue correct it .
It's a simple php site.
You should have Ipad to check it because on emulator it shows but when check live it has issue .

Make sure it should work fine on both views Portrait & Landscape
I checked it on various emulators all other pages are fine only below page has issue in
IPad and Safari browser.
