Need Wordpress Site From Scratch Completed Within 7 Days

Need a WordPress theme/site built from scratch. We will provide a jpg image showing how we want the site laid out and what colors, etc, we'd like to use. The WordPress site must be responsive in design so that it displays perfectly on any device and must also include tools so that we can change the images and text, add to the menu, and create new pages easily in WordPress without doing any programming. We would need a design for the front page, general about us page, services page that would include a table, contact page and online booking tool that is easy for the user to do and easy for us to put in appointment spots and make changes. Once the site is finished you do not need to put the content in for us, we will do that.
It is essential that you do a brand new design for us, not use an existing WordPress template. Only designers who can build this for us from scratch will be considered. Please provide samples of your work or your bid will not be considered.
IMPORTANT: once the project is rewarded we would need you to finish the project within 7 days.
