I am looking to develop online Loan application. Application requirements are as per below. If you developed similar application than send me details. BEFORE putting bid read all requirements.
Front End Web Page Design – HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Jquery.
Data Base – MySQL.
Project details :
A. Designing Phase –
- Design Multistep Online Application Form for visitor.
- Design Customer Portal for Login, View Application, Communicate etc.
- Design Admin Portal to manager customer, application, intenal notes, customer communications etc.
B. Complete Loan Application Online –
- Create and setup separate subdomain for online application form, login, Customer and Admin Portal
- Loan Application for the first time and registration process are a combined process.
- Loan Application is a multi-step process where various fields/ files are captured with validation to avoid getting incorrect details from user
- During step 1 in an Application process, user credential will be created and emailed. Email address will also be used as the user id.
- After completing the loan application for the first time, user will be required to to verify their email address.
- During the application process, at any stage user can save and exit the application to re-login and complete unfinished application from the position they left.
- During application, the user will be prompted to upload various files (PDF, Image) as predefined. (e.g. Driver Licence, Bank Statement, Other etc. No limit on the number of files uploaded.
- Add Google Recaptcha to stop spam/robot application
- Perform ABN lookup and validation using ASIC API and prefill business details
- Perform Google Address Lookup API to prefill Street Address (e.g. Unit number, street number, Street name, suburb, state, postcode)
C. Email Admin on completion of application
- On completion, Email will be sent to admin with completed application in formatted PDF file with attachments
D. Build Customer Portal
- Customer can view the list of all their current loan application and its status (e.g. Open, In Progress, In Review, Successful, Cancelled)
- The customer can also upload additional document/files by login to Customer Portal once application submitted at any time.
- Customer can view, print to PDF any individual full application
- Customer can view/edit their profile details (contact details, password etc.)
- Customer can apply for another loan online on different ABN
- Customer can communicate with Admin via inbuilt offline messaging system
E. Build Admin Portal
- Admin dashboard with Application Summary, User Summary, Statistics etc.
- Admin can perform advanced search for customer (e.g. wildcard search, date range, pending/active/inactive/ etc.)
- Admin can view, edit, delete, the registered customer. (Note: Delete customer only if no application.)
- Admin can view list of loan applications and perform advanced search (e.g wildcard search, date range, status etc.)
- Admin can view/edit/delete individual loan application
- Admin can print application to PDF
- Admin can add Internal Notes for another admin
- Admin can reply to Customer through inbuilt offline messaging system
- Admin can upload files to loan application on behalf of the customer.
- Admin can set Loan Application Status (Open, In Progress, In Review, Complete, Cancelled) which will trigger update email to customer and customer will also be able to see current loan application status by login to beyond merchant capital customer portal.
