We are looking at a stand alone application for order management which can be integrated with Zoho Books.
Our process of ordering starts with a scan of a QR Code printed on our packs and to initiate the reordering the operator can scan the same and login using his assigned login credentials. Upon login we will fetch the past order details from the system and display if any other items needs reordering as per past orders.
The operator places requisition request and the same will go as a notification to the assigned manager who when confirms will directly raise a Sales Order in our Zoho Books.
Further the order will be processed and invoiced and notification will be sent to the concerned marked to receive notifications.
We are looking at integrating our Order Management app with Zoho Books for invoicing and stock keeping.
Features we want in Order Management:
1. Receive and Record all orders and it's processing with date time and location.
2. Remind customers who have not placed order for recurring products.
3. Assign orders received to deliver partners.
4. Fetch invoice details from Zoho Books against the Sales Order raised.
5. Payment reminders to be send for overdue invoices.
We are looking for a complete system which can further be built in modules and added upon as we progress.
