Pet adoption game

I want to make a virtual pet adoption site. The basics i would need are:
-User profiles
-User inventories
-adoption page with limited pet adoptions
-forum area where users can make posts
-User profile area w/ pfp and bio
-Items that can have an effect on pets
-a way for users to trade pets and items
-"exploration" area where users can send pets to gather items ( randomized upon exploration)
additional but not crucial needs:
-Capability to add clothes/items to pets .png
-"pound area" where users can adopt pets that have been surrendered
-in the exploration area, pets can encounter a random "fight"
Starting out with a basic adoption site where users have an inventory and account is most important. I already have a lot of the art ready and a firm idea of what i want the site to look like.
