PHP Developer to Add Functionality to a WordPress Hostel Rental Theme.

I have a hostel service that only opens when we have events scheduled. When we open, we have a few offerings that the themes I found don't handle quite well. They are:
1. Have a closed yearly calendar and only open when we have events. (Themes handle easily.)
2. When there are events, list rooms/accomodations that are available for that period. (Themes handle easily.)
3. Ability to rent a full room or rent accomodations in a room for that event. (Themes require some changes.)
4. When room/accomodation is selected, select which rate (participation ticket/pack/pass) is desired per guest. Ex.: Standard, Gold, VIP. Meaning a guest can select a different price to have more perks during their stay. (Themes require some changes.)
5. Allow these rates to be different every event (instead of a fixed service offered in the room). (Themes require some changes.)
6. Allow guest to manage their booking. (Themes require changes.)
7. Have shortcodes for the rooms, such as: [shortcode type=list-of-available-rooms initial_date=06-01-2023 final_date=06-04-2023 rates=Option1,Option2,Option3] (Themes require changes.)
I enjoyed the design of two themes:

Both themes have some functionality, but not others. Each one functioning a little different than the other and therefore would need some adaptation depending on the theme selected as the most complete or easiest to adapt.
