Hello highly skilled backend developers, I would like to have a PHP RESTful Server API created that can access the API calls of a local C-lightning node: [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. It would need to be able to have a single instance installed that can access MULTIPLE C-lightning nodes. 2. I would like for this api to broadcast remotely but also allow for secure TLS end-to-end encryption (https) using stunnel or let's encrypt, as I will be developing an app that needs API access to the C-lightning nodes to execute calls. 3. The PHP Restful Server API needs to include the ability to username/password protect access to each C-lightning instance since it's use will be used by a mobile app. Is this possible at server level development? 4. All API calls must use TOR for routing.
