PHP script that imports values from csv files, makes calculations in a table, and exports to another .csv file

This project involves 3 .php files. 2 files are just simple imports of values from .csv files
The values are inserted in 2 MySQL tables. Calculations are made, and then output to a third MySQL table.
From the data in the third MySQL table, we generate a .csv file.
The calculations involve using variables from the tables, in a way that is similar to how Excel performs calculations.
A strong understanding of calculation order, operator precedence, and use of parentheses is the key to understanding how to make these calculations, and to completing the job successfully.
