PHP Script

I need someone to modify a PHP script to make it run faster. The loading speed between each file is slow. The script pulls images and text files from a folder that the client uploads. The script pulls the files in numberical sequence so the client would upload [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. The script would pull it in that sequence and when [login to view URL] is clicked on, it goes to [login to view URL], and when [login to view URL] is clicked on it goes to [login to view URL] etc. The text file pulls Youtube files only so the text file would only have W52vvQC_SR8 from the code below saved. So [login to view URL] only has W52vvQC_SR8 in the file. The script would have the entire code below except in place of W52vvQC_SR8 would pull the [login to view URL] portion. We currently have a script that does this but it's running slow. Images and text file load fast but processing between each file loads slow.
