price calculator php/ajax

We need a calculator to be made on PHP/MySQL. There will be max. 5 parameters for each product to determine the pricing. Each product will have an individual picture that we provide.
Then each product can have max ten options that will be additional to the price.
Should be all AJAX based. You will recieve an mysql-database with price an product information that must be used and an HTML-template how the final page should look like. User should be able to mail and download his search results as PDF.
We are currently thinking of a page consisting of dependend select boxes.
There will be a selection of
product type
possible subtype
material
length
height
width to get the pricing
Then you need to add the addtion and tax to get the final price.
Depending on type width or material should be fixed or disabled. It also can be a text-field for input or a dropdown select box. This is already set by 0/1 fields within the database. We want also be able to preselect the type and subtype on load via GET-Request. All should run on PHP5. All rights will be transferred to us for use.
You will have a three week time frame for completition.
