Programm a simple Forwarding system (Just copy from an existing page)

I need a system that can manage a frontend cargo forwarding system for users.

======OVERVIEW=======

It will include 7 Tabs after the users login.

1. Tab: My Packages (Display all Packages that are being sent out, Consolidate packages together, and a Repack option). Every additional service is payed and can be added to the cart after choosing it.

2. Tab: (WE BUY ORDERS) Form that automatically fills out a data sheet on the same page underneath. (Add to cart, Cancel Order)

3. Tab: (YOU BUY ORDERS) Same Layout again with different content within the form.

4. Tab: Referral system (Invite a friend with link/Email, My referrals)

5. Tab: Account Tab (My account, My Address, Promotion Code, etc.)

6. Tab: Account Balance (Cart functionality)

7. Tab: Notifications

This system already exists, It's really not hard to program it. I will give you a link you can literally just copy the whole website with the existing flow and just add the backend.

Would be nice if you could make it base on WordPress. Should be mobile responsive as well.

The Design will be finished up by another UI Designer, so you don't really have to care in detail about it. (Unless your UI skills are very good)

I want someone who is experienced and communicative.
